Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fair Isle. We appreciate your business and want to make sure you have an exceptional experience while you shop for Fair Isle products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to Fair Isle purchases. By placing an order or making a Fair Isle purchase, you agree to the return your purchase in accordance with the terms set forth below in order to get a refund for your purchase.

Standard Return Policy

We believe our products will fulfill your expectations; however, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In such event, please review the following terms related to returning a product.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from the Fair Isle Web site or marketplace account can be returned to inQbrands. Fair Isle products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

All returns require a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting with the subject line “RMA Request – Order #______” and an inQbrands customer service representative will reply with the RMA number and return instructions.

You will receive an RMA number within 48 hours. ALL RMA numbers expire thirty (30) days after issuance; therefore, all product(s) to be returned must be RECEIVED at inQbrands within the thirty (30) day timeframe, otherwise the product will be refused.

Products will not be accepted by inQbrands for return if not accompanied by a valid RMA number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Products returned to inQbrands without an RMA will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Additionally, please ensure that the item(s) you are returning are repackaged with all accessories and documentation that were included upon receipt.

Once we receive your item, the refund will be initiated. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Authorization of returns is at the sole discretion of inQbrands.

inQbrands reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, inQbrands may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. inQbrands reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when inQbrands confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, inQbrands will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

Transportation Charges

The customer is responsible for all transportation, insurance, duties and other similar charges for all non-defective returned products and must ensure that the product is properly packaged for shipping. Shipping damages, resulting from improper packaging will be the customer’s responsibility and not covered under the warranty policy. You must contact the respective carrier directly to initiate claims for said damage. inQbrands will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning the products back to the customer (in-warranty service products only). Unless requested, the shipping method will be UPS Ground, or equivalent.
